During shipping, compressor oil can tilt or shift. Leaving the machine upright on a flat surface for 24 hours lets the refrigerant oil settle back into place. Plugging it in immediately can impair cooling efficiency or cause premature compressor damage.

Run a 5-minute Auto-Clean cycle with warm water and drain it completely. We also suggest discarding the first 1–2 batches to flush the water lines and internal evaporator coils.

This is normal. In the first 1–2 cycles, the water tank and stainless-steel evaporator coils are still cooling to operating temperature. From the third cycle onward, the machine produces full-sized, high-density ice consistently.

High alcohol concentrations lower a liquid’s freezing point. For optimal slush texture, keep the overall alcohol content between 2.8% and 16% ABV. If it is too thin, add fruit juice, soda, or simple syrup to lower the ABV and run the cycle again.

Use room-temperature distilled or RO-filtered water. Warmer filtered water allows microscopic air bubbles to escape smoothly through the directional freezing chamber, helping prevent cloudy centers.

Yes. When the ice basket is full, smart infrared sensors pause production. Once ice is removed or melts, the machine automatically resumes making fresh ice.

Melted ice drains back into the bottom reservoir through an internal filtration system. The machine recycles that pre-chilled water to make the next batch faster and more efficiently.

No. With acoustic insulation tuning and optimized fluid dynamics, our units operate at under 45dB—quieter than a standard household refrigerator.

This usually means the internal intake mesh filter needs a quick rinse. Turn off the unit, remove the small filter mesh at the bottom of the reservoir, rinse away mineral sediment, reinsert it, and power back on.

The Auto-Overload Safety Protection pauses the paddle if the mixture is too thick or frozen hard. Add a small splash of room-temperature liquid, press Power to reset, and resume churning.

This is a built-in thermal protection protocol. The cooling fan runs for an extra 60–90 seconds after shutdown to clear residual heat from the compressor and prolong its lifespan.

All removable food-contact components—including the ice basket, ice scoop, slush paddle, and removable liquid tub—are top-rack dishwasher safe below 60°C / 140°F. Wipe the main stainless-steel housing with a damp cloth.

Fill the tank with a 1:1 mixture of warm water and white vinegar, or a citric acid solution. Hold Clean for 3 seconds to start Auto-Clean. Drain, refill with pure water, and run one final clean cycle to rinse.
