Q1 Can I switch between sphere and bullet ice modes on the fly?

Yes, you can easily switch modes using the "Selection" button. Note that if you are currently making sphere ice, the system will complete the current cycle and reset the molds before switching to bullet ice, ensuring optimal performance and machine longevity.

Q2 How long does it take to make the clear ice spheres?

To achieve the perfect high-density clarity and solid structure of a 50mm sphere, a cycle takes approximately 60 minutes. We recommend ambient cooling to ensure the best results.

Q3 Does the machine stop automatically when the ice bin is full?

Yes. The built-in infrared sensor monitors the ice level in real-time. Once the bin is full, the machine pauses automatically to prevent overflow, and it will resume production as soon as you remove some ice.

Q4 Is it difficult to clean the two different mold systems?

Not at all. We’ve designed a dedicated "One-Touch" self-cleaning cycle. With a single press, the machine automatically flushes both the sphere and bullet ice mold systems, keeping your ice fresh and odorless with minimal effort.
